PERSONAL INFO.

My name is Peter Fox. I first started going to see the Bay in the early 70's with my Dad but then "progressed" onto watching the Toon in the mid seventies. I would still go a couple of times a sesason, just to see what was going on, but last season I went to the first friendly and just kept going.

I got involved in the official web-site, doing

the odd match report and then taking over the Mail List where (hopefully), bulletins are sent out every week, to keep people up to date with results etc (see the official site, link is in the LINKS section).

I also contributed a few articles and quizzes for the program and enjoyed the involvement at the club rather than just sitting getting fleeced by the suits at St James.

Most of my mates think I'm mad but I don't think I'll

be the last to find "non-league" football an enjoyable change from the hype of the professional game, and when the new TV deal comes in for the Premiership, with kick off's all over the place, I think I'll see a few more old faces at the Bay.
